Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Eyeris Opticals website (eyerisopticals.in) handles information. Eyeris Opticals is an optical shop in Pattambi, Palakkad, Kerala. If you have any questions, contact us at eyerisopticals209@gmail.com or +91 80756 23650.

Information you send us

This website does not have user accounts and does not store messages. When you contact us, you choose the channel:

• WhatsApp. WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with a short message prepared for you. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. Your conversation with us is then handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
• Enquiry form. The form on our contact page does not send anything to a server. It puts your answers into a WhatsApp message on your own device, which you can edit or choose not to send.
• Phone and email. If you call or email us, we receive your number or email address and what you tell us.

We use the details you send only to reply to your enquiry and to help with the services you ask about. We do not sell your information.

Cookies and analytics

At the time of writing, this website does not use analytics and does not set cookies.

If we turn on Google Analytics in future, it will only run after you choose “Accept” in a cookie banner. It would tell us in general terms how the site is used — for example, which pages are visited and whether call or WhatsApp buttons are tapped. It would not include the contents of your messages. You could decline, and we would update this page.

Basic technical data

Like any website, the server that hosts this site may automatically record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. This is handled by our hosting provider.

Links to other services

This website links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and Instagram. When you open them, their own privacy policies apply.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold from your messages, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details above.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
